My career has been defined by a constant curiosity about how we interact with the digital world. For over 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of visual design, interactive technology, and creative strategy. I’ve had the privilege of leading multidisciplinary teams through some of the most exciting challenges in the entertainment and tech industries. This includes managing visual design for the sports and movies verticals at Paramount+ and contributing to the launch of five successful Activision titles.

A Leadership Style Built on Partnership I believe that great creative leadership isn't about having all the answers. It is about asking the right questions, fostering an environment where designers can thrive, and advocating for the user at every stage of the process. My background in visual design, motion graphics, and front-end development allows me to speak the language of both creators and stakeholders. This helps me turn complex ideas into accessible, meaningful solutions.

Beyond the Screen I am a firm believer in the "process." This is the messy, iterative, and rewarding journey from a rough sketch to a polished experience. When I’m not leading a team or pushing pixels, I’m likely spending time with my family or exploring the latest shifts in design technology. I am also deeply interested in the semiology of film and television, always looking for the deeper meaning and visual language behind the stories we consume.

I am based in Southern California and enjoy connecting with teams looking to make a lasting impact through thoughtful design and mentorship. I’m always happy to connect with people who are as passionate about the "why" behind design as I am.
